Now that we have explained the use case on why you will need you want to enable the invoice feature in Oasis, we'll show you how you can go about doing that. As administrator, click on dashboard, course layout, and then select invoices. Then click on the gear icon and you can configure the invoice. We strongly recommend that you read how the invoice works. If you remember one thing, it is that the payment of the invoice happens outside Oasis. It is very important to remember that there will be many steps that you have to take in order to reconcile the invoices to go from unpaid to paid. With that said, the first thing we're going to do is we want to let the user know how they can get invoiced. And that is set up through the user instruction. The user instruction is internally referred to as alternative payment message. So what we're going to do is we're just going to put a little bit message here and I just put some message that makes sense to me. Obviously, you can describe exactly what your internal bill me later process flows should look like. Whatever message you put here, when you click on update, the user will see the message on the payment screen here. Notice when I refresh the screen, my alternative payment will include the instruction along with maybe the email address they should use. Keep in mind that this is not the only place you can give user instruction on how they can request to be billed later. Oasis does not automatically create a bill me later process within Oasis. The entire invoice process is triggered by your user following instructions under the alternative payment message. So now that you have set that up, there's a few more setup process that we're going to go through. The first is the invoice logo that you want to enable for your invoices. In my example, I have an image that I'm just going to save. So that will just going to be the image and then that logo is going to be part of the invoices. Then you can configure what is the email that you will send to the user when you create the invoice. Let's keep this default message along with unpaid invoice default message in here. Alright, so now that this is set up, we'll go through example in the next video tutorial on how you can set up how the user will request for invoice and how you can generate an invoice. Thank you.
